N64.
It was so simple, thats why i liked it. the games focused on storys you could actually understand, unlike silent hill (which is a good game, don't get me wrong) and final fantasy (why is it called final, when there are over 11 of them?)
I also like N64, because in my opinion, it had the best controller (even thought the joy stick would jam sometimes).
And to say that Nintendo only makes kid games, what about conkers bad fur day, or the metal gear solid games, or even tony hawk. and you can't forget the south park game, and perfect dark.
Plus, it had some of the best games, including: Golden Eye, Mario Kart, Banjo Kazoie, tony hawk, mario 64, donkey kong, blitz, mario tenis, perfect dark, the star wars games, and super smash bros.

final fantasy (why is it called final, when there are over 11 of them?) Because the original game, for the NES, was basically Square's swan song before falling into the abyss of bankruptcy. They mostly did racing games before they started doing RPGs. And FF became a huuuuge success, so then they started making more and more and now they're back on top.

OH THANK GOD! wow. ok. u dont know how happy i was when i saw that no one voted for x box. that system makes me sick with its crappy games.
id say gamecube. ps2 is second. fav games are probably viewtiful joe, smash brothers, and mario kart.
id have to say the cube is the best party system. its definetly got the best party games.

Some people I talk to put down Nintendo because their systems don't have DVD capability, but I already have a DVD player. I get a game system to play games. I hear Playstation wants to add more, like Tivo and the DVD player and all this other crap. I just want a simple game system.

XBOX. Coming from someone who has most of those, XBOX is the greatest,PS2 is second, and Gamecube sucks! In my opinion the Xbox's graphics and technology can beat anything a PS2 can do. And for the Gamecube,.............................HAHAHAHAHAHA...............What a waste of $100.00

and the controller has two control sticks what is peoples prefered configeration
the first for forward/back and turn left/right, the second for look up/down, strafe left/right
or the first for walk forward/back strafe left/right the sencond for look up/down turn/left right?

Yeah. I mean, I went to my uncle's house (he's 2 years older then me) yesterday and we got some cheats for Enter the Mtrix(ps2) and I had to conrtol it the first for forward/back and turn left/right, the second for look up/down, strafe left/right. I mean, it was hard. I still kicked his butt though, so it doesn't matter.
