The sets were the front porch of Olaf's house and what looked like various set pieces from the Reptile Room- snake sculptures and whatnot.

The photos are still there, but you must navigate to the article, not directly to the pix. They appear to have been moved, probably because too many people were linking directly to them (that's a no-no). Scroll about halfway down the page: www.chud.com/news/mar04/mar25vegas.php3Swans, I'm almost certain that the painting in the background was just part of the hotel, not a set piece. Additionally, check this article: www.chud.com/news/mar04/mar27para2.php3 --same pix we've seen on other sites, but with some commentary about the film and a confirmation that the trailer was screened.
