The same thing happened to Madame Lulu. What's up with people dying right before they can tell secrets?

Yikes, I just opened up TCC to check if I got her name right and saw a picture full of people I don't know. Nearly had a heart attack until I remembered lending the book out to someone. Closer inspection revealed the someone in the picture, and that most of the other people had down's syndrome or were in a wheel-chair. I'll have to ask him about that.

Oh, yes, I agree she was useless, but not only is that one of my favorite names, but I'm sort-of obsessed with grammar also. I felt a sort of odd kinship with her...(Yes, I'm also aware this is incredibly pathetic)

But Uncle Monty's death was pretty sad too. After all, who doesn't miss a guardian who makes cake and is nice and has a bunch of books?

We know they knew eachother because Esme says "I want to steal from you like Beatrice stole from me!" and Lemony says
"I would jump like I have never jumped before if I could go back in time and stop Beatrice from going to tea with Esme that thursday afternoon."
And Jaqcues death made me cry more than any of the others.
