I remember when Stephano came out of the taxi he said that he did not want to HEAR about his BABY (Page 40 and 41). well i remember in THE LSUAB to disguise yourself as a taxi driver bring pictures of family. Is it possible that this person is part of VFD?? ( i know i am crazy).

I always thought it was Jacques Snicket because he was in Uncle Monty's house but it was later when Jacques met Quigily( cant spell)So maybe he exploring the area making sure that Count Olaf was not there or something i dont know.

Well i still think it was Jacques because he could have known it was count Olaf but he could not say anything Cause that would make his disguise worthless and something would happen to him if Count Olaf found out who he was.

I was reading the SS for the 1000000th time and i reliezed something on the part when sunny is making breakfast and Lemony is talking about Iced coffee and that he once was drinking on the way to see a TAXI DRIVER!!Could this be the same taxi driver?

That's certainly possible.
I think the taxi driver is an unknown member of VFD, hence the photos of his so-called new baby. He knew who Olaf was but was afraid to say it for fear of being killed.
