Hold on a sec. I haven't read it yet but isn't there a Bruce in TSS? Well, in TRR (which I have read) there's a Bruce who's taking away the reptiles. And also what i've heard is that the good VFD'ers in TSS have the reptiles, don't they? Do you think there's a link?

And they're both smoking cigars. A (AgentA) pointed this out to me not to long ago. Quite possibly a link, indeed. At the very least, it's probably the same person. At the most, he might be a VFD agent.

Sir from the miserable mill, so maybe he was Sir, but he didnt want the bauds to recognize him at the time.

I also suspected that Bruce was Sir. They're both short and fat, but I'll have to check their descriptions more closely. A possible clue: Sir's green suit makes him look like a reptile. Snakeskin suit, maybe?. Or maybe Lemony's playing his favorite game: Mislead the Reader! I've pretty much discarded the theory.
Bruce took Uncle Monty's reptiles, and Olaf tricked him out of the collection somehow. So it says in The Slippery Slope. I'm pretty sure that Bruce has no VFD connection. Quigley said that he caused trouble for VFD by learning their secrets.
