I don't think there's an actual VFD, but it's fun to pretend there's some secret orginization out there we don't know about. There *are * secret orginiztions we don't know about. The government covers them up. Like lots of people said, I don't beleive it but it is fun to pretend. If I did actually think it was real I'd get too paranoid.

I know it isn't real, but I don't like to think about that. The fun is getting yourself wrapped up in this imaginary world where horse drawn carriages and motorcycles coexist with lost loves and burning houses and wailing writers and secret organizations, and it doesn't have to make sense because it's all out of someone's head, and we like it that way.

One of my friends is a real book nerd, and apparently very gullible, because one day we had this conversation:
Him: "So, I just got the Unauthorized Autobiography." Me: "Yeah, 's good." Him: "Did you hear about that girl that got kidnapped in Baltimore?" Me: "Yeah, what about her?" Him: "I was kind of thinking, you know...the entire V.F.D. thing." Me: "...STFU really cool member."
I didn't actually say that though. I should have.

Well, no it's not. But for all we know it could be... I think it is though!! I've been asking my parents "What was that noise?" and they don't know what I'm talking about. ;D
But, V.F.D may be real. You can't prove it's not. Sure the books are fiction, but still... I have my own voice!

I don't know. It could be real, the goverment do hide "orginizations". But I do agree it's sort of not real in a way. But it's fun to dream and play along.
With all due respect, L.

The VFD? Of course it's all ridiculous fiction. You definitely shouldn't go out looking for us or anything! That could be disastrous. I mean if you people really did believe in it I would be in allot of trouble wouldn't I? I already spend half my time running away from KAgent... blast the schism... Seriously, its bad enough these books got published. We just got lucky people put them in fiction. If someone ever got hold of my commonplace book Agents A and M would have my head!
In short you should absolutely not believe anything in Snicket's books are real.

[glow=red,2,300]No, I don't believe in that. It is just fun to imagine. We talk like it is real because Lemony makes us think it is...lol. ;D ;D[/glow]
