I can't imagine who he could have gotten to do the cover art for the book . . .

That explains the pirate drawing on his web site. It's not from an upcoming LS book after all.

Hmmm. Is it a picture book? For little children?

[glow=red,2,300]Definately, it is a kid book causes it is only 40 pages. It looks like a good juvenile book, though. I am happy that Brett Helquist is branching out because he isn't too well known..he is usually in Lemony's shadow..lol [/glow]

I know this was posted rather long ago, but I just realized something. In the "About The Illustrator" blurb in TCC, it says that Brett wishes he was something safer than an illustrator, like a pirate. I guess he likes pirates. Anyway, click on the "About the Author" button on the page about the pirate book to find out a little more about the Brett-pirate connection. Didn't Lemony say something about a pirate book, sometime last year? Maybe he actually meant that Brett was writing one.

It might have a tiny tiny bit to do with the F.F.P, but it actually can't cus this is about a man, not a female, and I just think he likes pirates, so I highly, highly, doubt the connection. ;D
