Mary sent me e-mail to say she got hers yesterday. DDairy is out of town for the weekend and won't be able to let us know until at least Monday. Who's left? Swans? Sammy? His might take a bit longer.

But since none of the rest of us got letters it's hard to say if it would get there just as fast.
A couple weeks ago, I mailed two things, one to Dante in England and one to DearDairy only a few hundred miles from me, both on the same day. Remarkably, they each got them on the same day, only three days later. One would have thought Dante's would have taken much longer than that.

Has anyone not received their Grim Grotto? Who got the first edition Bad Beginning?

From what I understand, on the copyright page it should say First Edition. There should also be a row of numbers. The lowest number in that row should be the printing number. So a true first edition should have a 1 in that row.
So if the row of numbers is:
1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2
That would be a First Edition, first printing.

So who have we not heard from now? Mary and Dear Dairy?

I heard from both of them. They each got their books last Friday. Dear Dairy said hers had an autographed card in it too. Not sure what it looks like, though. (But I did go back and check mine. Nothing. )
