Interesting. I know nothing of autographed cards. It's possible that she just got lucky. These books were being stored before they were sent, and I don't know what purposes they were originally going to be used for.

I heard from both of them. They each got their books last Friday. Dear Dairy said hers had an autographed card in it too. Not sure what it looks like, though. (But I did go back and check mine. Nothing. ) mine had one hold on a sec... it is embossed, just like the book itself, however instead of 18.XI.2007 it says 7.VII.2002 in the centre ofthe embossing, with the words on both being "with all' above, and "due respect" below amazing, he even knows the name of our favorite admin. the back of the cards appears to be able to peel off revealing an adhesive back., and has the words "FASSON(r) CRAcK'N PEEL(r) Superpermanent." printed on the back i assume the purpose is to stick these in an existing book. iwon't be doing this however.

My book TGG is embossed and autographed "With all due respect, 18.XI.2004." The card-sticker thingy is embossed and autographed "With all due respect, 4.VII.2002." It has a decorative red border around the ouside of the card/sticker.
Has anyone else ever gotten one of these stickers? It seems I heard once about people at a book signing who got these card/stickers instead of having their actual books autographed, but I don't remember the details.
