Here's what I've got:
-Paramount and Dreamworks titles.
-Mr. Poe's Car rolls up .
-Baudelaires look out the car's window.
-Mr. Poe leads orphans up to Olaf's house. Narrator: 'Three Children'
-Poe closes front door while Baudelaires look around. Olaf: 'Hello, hello, hello. I am your beloved Count Olaf' Camera draws up to Olaf.
-Olaf comes down stairs.
-Narrator says 'A Distant Releative'.
-Olafs on knees in front of Baude's and says something.

-Olafs stands before orphans and says: 'All I ask is that you do what I want whenever it pops into my head. While I enjoy the enormous fortune your parents left behind.' (During this speech it shows the Baude's cleaning the floor and washing the dishes) After the speech Olaf does strange mouth movements like he 'accidently' let it slip that he wants the fortune.
-Violet opens cupboard doors.
-Klaus switches on the device which is on his head. The one with his glasses and light.
-Olaf spins around with a look that says to me here's my impression of an evil crow.
-Narrator: 'A Series of Unfortunate Events.'
-Klaus at the Marvelous Marriage as he runs across the screen.
-Violet and Klaus sitting on the ground while one of the Hook-Handed Man's hooks comes into the main focus of the screen.
-Female character, either Aunt Josphine or Justice Stratus (I'm leaning towards Aunt Josphine because of the worried look she has on her face when the door opens), opens a door and comes reluctantly out.
-Olaf flying across the stage in a white suit.
-Violet in a wedding dress (;DI wonder why ;D)
-Olaf roaming across a room where his assistants are sleeping. Olaf starts a strange animal like call, complete with imitation.
-Outside what I think is Olaf's house, someone, probably Klaus holding a big spray can while wearing a huge gasmask.
-Klaus looks up and asks: 'What's that up there,' Olaf replies 'The Tower,' look down and sternly says as he leans forward, 'You're not to go there,' (Very close now) 'Under any circumstances' Klaus looks very scared. Olaf turns away form Baude's and makes a superior face like he just told a joke.
-Narrator says 'Jim Carrey in: Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events' The ASOUE logo comes up.
-Olaf drags kids to him a says something then makes a blubbering, loud noise which then makes the door slam shut.
-Movie details appear and narrator says 'Opens Dec. 17th, in cinemas everywhere.'
There done. If someone can let me know the sayings I couldn't here I'll modify the description to the correct version.
