Hispanic pretty much covers Spanish, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Dominican, Portugese (Sorry about the hacked spelling of Portugese)...
You know, any race that is dark skinned, but not black...

I thought hispanic was like a language group- anyone decended from those for whome spanish is their first language and spanish-indian mixes in south and latin america were latino. What is the difference between hispanic and latino?
