yes, yes, we all know it's the latest Lindsey Lohan flick. but it's actually a good book. For those of you who have never heard of it, it's about Mary Beth(aka Lola) who moves from NYC to Dellwood(Deadwood) New Jersey. (She's a drama queen) her new best friend is Ella Gerard. Lola must compete with popular Carla Santini for the lead in My Fair Lady. Lola get's the part, so to get back, Carla says she got tickets to the final concert of Sidhartha. Lola, of course lies and says that she and Ella have tickets too.
That's all I'll tell you for now. but it was a really good book
If your interested, you can read the sequal "My Perfect Life." (that one is same characters but told from Ella's point of view)

It sounded really good, and I new it was a book, but who is it by?
I want to see because a) it honestly looks like a good movie, b) it is a Disney channel movis , and c) It has LL in it. I know, I know, but she is actually pretty cool. And I really like her songs.

I'm not really interested in readng it but I might give it a try anyway. My friend Carly did a part from this for prose in Forensics, it was the part where she lied about getting the tickets. She took 4th. She was good but I didn't like the story too much.
I despise Lindsay Lohan. I bet she ruins this movie like she will with Gossip Girl.

The movie looks good. I had no idea there was a book, though. Isn't the director Sara Shugarman? I saw an interview with her last night on Disney.

Oh, in the book, I'm pretty sure it said My Fair Lady. But I could be wrong. Besides, Pygmelion and My Fair Lady are the same thing. My Fair Lady is just the movie version of Pygmelion.
