It's not a "book" in the traditional sense. Rather it's a collection of Kurt Cobains writings and mundane notes taken from his various notebooks and journals he's kept during his stay on this earth. My friend lent me the book, and generally, it is for fans of Nirvana. Many people objected over the publishing of Kurt Cobains journals, since those journals were bought from Love for roughly four million dollars US, and also since Kurt always wanted his privacy respected. If he were alive he'd be pretty angry. Actually he'd feel raped and angry. There are some interesting sketches and comic strips he drew, and you learn a lot about what he felt and thought, what he thought about the band and lyrics to the songs he wrote and other bands. It's all very personal: a page dedicated to one recipe of his mom's cooking, a phone number scribbled here and there. I'm kind of disappointed because I know a lot of the pages they decided to include in this book were chosen to be acceptable and many others edited out. It's about 250-300 pages, pictures taken of his notebooks. Sometimes his handwriting is hard to read but it's an example of a true journal, not a journal meant for audiences. In the end you realize, that Kurt Cobain was a nice guy who had ideals like everyone else. I felt guilt reading it. I liked it.

I actually gave you some info answering the thread you started and I expected you to say thanks or something. This was one of those "one-time-use" accounts to begin with. Well I'll take your advice. Goodbye.
