are there any box sets of the whole series, I mean the whole series. The Hobbit, LotR, The Silmarillion, The Children of Húrin, The Unfinished Tales, etc.

I don't think so, I checked on google but all I think you can find is one with the hobbit and lotr. The Silmarillion and other works are separated entirely.

I never found the one with The Hobbit, so I ended up buying LoTR and then The Hobbit. And then The Silmarillion.
But yeah, The Silmarillion and all of those other books that Tolkien and his son wrote are all sold separate.
And I have yet to read the Children of Hurin...

I read Narn I Hin Hurin in Unfinished Tales and it was so similar to Children of Hurin that I didn't buy the latter.

Narn I hin Hurin is now it's own book, so you could either buy it or find it at a library.
