I dunno... it looks extremely confusing. Might possibly be worth seeing though...
This is going to sound weird, but the part in the trailer that intrigued me most was when the girl opened the door and her face was all scarred (firstly, I doubt most actresses could stand looking like that in a movie) and it made me think... what if a guy accidentally hurt a girl he loved like that? Like he accidentally hit her with his car or something?
Can you just imagine the soap-opera drama that may ensue?

I saw an ad for this movie and I thought that it looked good. I don't know about Ashton in a horror though... When I saw it I just thought it was an ad for a movie on Austar (Australian Cable TV)

as far as i know, he always plays a stupid person, or a guy who gets into funny mishaps, not someguy who changes life of whatever

I don't like him. Only as Kelso, and even then I only like the character "Kelos", not him. I looks dumb. "The Butterfly Effect", what, are people gonna jump outta cacoons and fly around? Wheeeeeeeee! Just like a butterfly. How dumb.

You have nothing to compare it to. I've heard that he's actually kind-of a serious guy off camera.

I liked the first theatre trailer, I was like "wow, an Ashton movie I might actually watch"
Save your money on this and go watch Donnie Darko.

Just like a butterfly. How dumb. The butterfly affect is like a butterfly flaps it's wings on one side of the world and theres a monsoon in Japan. It looks intresting but I don't know if I want to see it.

Who? Have you seen it Kobo? Donnie Darko is a movie with a similar premises, time travel, alternate realities and all that. And it's suprisingly good. I just hate that an Ashton Kutcher movie is going to make more money. Although it is nice to see Ethan Suplee getting billing...he was the bomb in Mallrats yo!
