Mine are Kit, Madame Lulu (or Olivia) and Aunt Josephine. I think Esme would be attractive, but not beautiful. You know sort of like Lady Gaga.

I like Kit Snucket very much, too. especially, like on TPP cover, I loveher rosy cheeks, her beautiful grey eyes, her almost white skin. Of course, I love Madame Lulu. I really dislike pictures of Colette in my book. She is very ugly with her hooky nose, tiny eyes and long chin. I don't know how does she looks like in American books but in Russian books she is the ugliest freak.

The American and British editions don't have any illustrations of Colette at all, so we wouldn't know. What a pity.

Madame Lulu looks ugly in the American editions.
I would say Emily Browning's portrayal of Violet is the most beautiful character.

liking Emily browning is not forbidden but I just don't think she is beautiful. I like people with bigger eyes.

I like Beatrice #1, but since she wasn't on the list, Violet is next (and Sunny).

I like Beatrice #1, but since she wasn't on the list, Violet is next (and Sunny). But there was a variant "somebody else" in the list. you could choose it.

Violet's always been the most beautiful to me. Not just because she's lovely in the illustrations and is described repeatedly as pretty, but her beauty comes from her being resourceful, quick-witted, and mature for her age. Not to mention my weakness for women and girls with inventing skills.

Violet for me because she always knows what to do when there is trouble like when the didn't know how to get out of Aunt Joesphine's house when it came tumbling down she Jew how to get her brother and sister to safety.

We talk about the most beautiful-looking character and not about the noblest or the most heroical character. I think the most beautiful character is Kit Snicket. I agree with Beth.

But beauty isn't JUST about looks. Personality comes into it as well.
