I'm rebooting this game that hasn't been used since 2009 (with Songbird's permission). I thought it looked pretty clever.
Here are its rules, as posted in the old thread by Dismay (great username, by the way):
"Post a scenario, no matter how common everyday it is, that you either made up or it was something that actually happened to you that day. And the next person to post thinks of some ridiculous way to overamplify it into a ridiculous, tabloid-like headline.
Example:
(Dismay posts) This morning I ate a Pop-Tart for breakfast.
(Next person posts) Dismay Goes on Fatty Binge-Eating Craze!"
