I would be quite open to non-standard illustrations, though. I don't think very many people illustrate similarly to Helquist (indeed, I'm not sure quite how Terry Craig pulled it off so well).

I've been practicing a bit and while it's definitely not as good as Helquist it passes. If the plan I was cooking up should be successful, then well.....I have to PM you about it.

That was another excellent chapter, again it was very good to see all the little details coming into play. That's a beautiful illustration, too.
I'd like to vote A, and for B, Olaf uses the box.

Hmmm quite interesting indeed. Terry awesome illustration! I was actually thinking of illustrating something for the fic. Maybe we can do something really cool with this. Thanks! Yeah, I think if any of the next authors should think they've got a knack for illustration and, more importantly, a good idea, they should definitely add one to the chapter. As a reader, I look forward to them. And thanks to Dante Hermes for the compliments for our two chapters, as well. Dang, that user identity swapping is confusing.

To confuse you further, I, too, think this was an excellent episode.

Yes. Made me think I was losing all sanity when I saw Cybermystery impersonating me.
Good show!

This was a great chapter! Great job to the both of you. I especially liked the part about the menthol cough drop.

A: I vote for No, But I like the idea of it being a macguffin, the characters think it's important to the plot but it's really meaningless.

That idea could still work under A-Yes, I think. I'll designate the next writer later today (or try to, anyway).

This is very good, TAN and TC! I vote A!
Enrico Caruso: I preferred Pavorarotti as a bel canto tenor.

Enrico Caruso: I preferred Pavorarotti as a bel canto tenor. Pavarotti would have been too modern for the ASoUE universe, I think. Caruso fits perfectly timewise, is hugely popular amongst opera lovers, and I used him because I was referencing the Werner Herzog/Klaus Kinski film "Fitzcarraldo" at the start of the chapter. So this was all singing abilities aside, but both are astounding, and I have to say that Pavarotti hits me emotionally more, too.

Great job, Terry Craig and Cybermystery. Terry Craig, I really like that illustration - very Helquisty, and I also like your Snickety writing style. Narrator, I like how you've portrayed the crew, and the line about onion juice. And the box of sentimental stuff.
I vote A - yes, and B - the Bauds.

The Anonymous Narrator wrote the second part, not I.
