Lavender tea helps me with sleep, and I also enjoy bubble tea. I'm starting to branch out a bit and have chamomile, peppermint, lemon, and blackberry leaf teas and iced tea, and even got some Irish breakfast from work today. Come spring maybe I can start harvesting my own tea, since that's totally something I would do.
