Except from the fact her brother "works" there, why did Fiona join Olaf's group? Well, she did want to be reunited with her brother, but her main reason was that Olaf promised that if she joined him he would help her find her stepfather. (Presumably he didn't in fact do so, which may explain why she didn't stay with him very long.)

Except from the fact her brother "works" there, why did Fiona join Olaf's group? I don't think we can dismiss Fernald's involvement as trivial; he is, after all, the only family Fiona has left. After searching for her brother for years, their reunion isn't likely to be short-lived.
