-Looking back at a lot of my old posts, I realize I really sounded stupid a lot of the time. -I think that same thing when rereading my old diaries and school essays. -I don't recall being much of a lurker. -I found 667 about a year before I ended up joining, and then lost track of it because of some problem with our computer, or something. -And I can't remember just how I rediscovered it, but I think that happened about a month before I really decided to join. -I've been lying in bed for most of this morning. -It's a very good thing I don't have school today, because I'm so tired. -I haven't been sleeping very well. -Last year, I fell asleep in class, or came very close to falling asleep, at least once. -I don't remember if the teacher caught me falling asleep. -We just saw a bird we couldn't identify on the bird feeder. -I looked it up in one of our bird guides, and it's apparently a red-winged blackbird.-I'm pretty sure I've seen these birds before, but never in our patio.

-The red-winged blackbird looks pretty cool. -I saw an odd-looking bird the other day which appeared to have some red feathers, but it might just have been the light. -I've certainly been seeing a lot of pigeons recently which haven't looked like pigeons at first sight. -Mother won't let me get up at six-thirty tomorrow morning to do the Nameless Novel task. -Or rather, she won't wake me up at that time if I'm still asleep. -I want to get up really early so I have loads of time on the computer before I have to go to school. -Speaking of which, I have to phone N. and arrange how we're getting to school tomorrow. -My parents can't give us a lift, certainly. -We'll probably have to walk, although we'll have plenty of time. -The phone just rang, and me and Father thought it might be N. -As it happened, it was N., but it was the wrong one. -This N. does some gardening work for us. -The sky outside looks weird again. -Maybe there's something wrong with my eyes, but the clouds on the horizon look like several different colours at once. -That reminds me. -While on holiday a few weeks ago, I saw a really clear double-rainbow. -It was really very clear; you could make out all seven colours. -It's a real pity I didn't have my camera with me.

-I can't wait until George's first chapter of 667Lost is posted. -He says the first chapter is equal to five posts, so it should be pretty long. -I'm kind of bored.

-George seems to be writing several stories at once. -I just had lunch, leftover fish and pasta. -Outside, some people are playing wiffle golf on people's lawns. -There are flags and plastic buckets on most of the lawns, including our own. -And they're apparently giving a free puppy to the winner of the golf tournament, or something. -I've seen rainbows in the clouds, and tried to photograph one once. -Photographing the sky has never worked well for me. -If I try to get a photo of an interesting cloud formation, it often looks all hazy. -I'd need a special camera, I guess. - Clever whales bait gulls with fish.

-When I try to photograph the sky, then it generally doesn't come out well. -But mostly, I'm just trying to show the contrast between the light on the lawn and the darkness in the sky. -It never seems to work. -I can hear something buzzing around in here. -I've been dipping into Catcher in the Rye. -I don't particularly care for Holden, otherwise I'd have read more. -I think of lots of stories at once, and then never write them. -Although it's more that I think of tiny neat snippets, but can then never be bothered to build up a story around them. -For lunch I had some pepperoni pizza with some chips and some cabbage. -That was the best I could get. -Oh, and I had a roast chicken and sweetcorn sandwich on the train. -It was pretty good. -It didn't have too much mayonnaise, for one thing. -And I think I ate something else, but forgot about it. -I did have a bottle of some weird-smelling apple and blueberry drink. -Well, something-berry. -Or possibly something-currant. -I remember wondering why the drink was red, though, so whatever the berry or currant was, it isn't something which you'd expect to be reddish.
Edit:
-I read that whale story somewhere. -I can't remember where. -Actually, maybe I can...

-I'm listening to Placebo's "Nancy Boy". -I generally don't photograph the sky too well either. -Well, even on the sunniest of days it will look cloudy in my photos. -Oh, well, I'm alright at photographing other stuff.

-My holidays went fast too. -I was back at school today. -It was interesting-ish. -I got my planner. -And some homework. -Which I've done now. -I had to wrap up a shoe box for textiles. -I've already colour-coded my timetable. -Laura started colouring hers in, but didn't finish. -Probably because she was putting patterns on it. -Mine's just solid colour. -Tomorrow, I have- PE theory, ICT, English, French and Science. -I have Science every day throughout my two week timetable. -I can't remember the reason. -But I have two teachers, and you swap between the two. -My Week B is much better than Week A. -Because I have loads more art and textiles. -I can't be bothered to dry my hair. -Blah. -I'll make it go curly. -That takes minimum effort. -I woke up at around 6am today. -So I'm really tired. -'Night.

-I don't hate school. -However, it's too early in the school year for me to be sure what I think of this year's classes. -I've tried to take photos of the night sky, and not done very well. -My camera won't photograph stars. -When I've tried to photograph the moon, it always comes out as a bright blur. -In most of the photos I've taken, the sky shows up as a uniform, hazy blur. -I'm carrying a one-use camera to school. -So far, I've only used about three exposures. -Sometime last week I tried to photograph some kind of bird, which I can't remember what it was. -I'd intended to use up the film in my mother's camera a while ago, but never got around to it. -Maybe I'll go around photographing things later, so we can get that roll of film developed. -My father's going to barbecue sausages for dinner. -I think everyone on the street's going to be barbecuing, actually.

-I got Ragwitch, because I quite like Garth Nix; -Ooh, I've wanted to read that -Actually, Shade' Children looks cooler, but I still want to read it -So when you're done, tell me what you think -I was arrogant, though. -But not as arrogant as PJ. -And I think (hope) I was more contemptuous of others than full of myself. -I'm glad I make people feel better, by having worse negative pesonality traits than them -Back as a newb.... -I was a lot more humble -But now I can act myself -Heh, it's like a curse -When I become your friend, I also become a whole lot more pretensious -Mwahahahaha -Curse of the PJ -And I can imagine Dante as a lurker, hiding in the shadows, then finally appearing magically one day -It's almost worth a story -I should write a sequel to PJ's trial -In which Linda discovers your evilness, and leads an uprising against you corrupt moderators! -Maybe my ghost can come into the whole thing.... -Heh -So, school -Soon -I finshed the Castle of Mirrors -I now wanna read that Wheel of Time series, that Ling is lending me -Wait, I'll go post the second part of The Highway -And THEN go to school

The 10th Kingdom is so amazing. I finally found it on the Hallmark channel again. Amazing.
