-You've been here a long time? -Why don't I know who you are? -Did you change your screen name/whatever? -Because I only noticed you a couple of days ago. -Looking back, your join date is May. -In which case you are still fairly new. -4 months-ish. -Although you have evidently posted 1038 times. -Which is probably more than I have... -Why don't I know who you are?? -Anyway, I should be doing homework now. -But I don't feel like it... -So I'm not. -We had a playing test in band today... -I'm not sure how I did. -I hope I get to play first part... -But if I don't, it's not the end of the world. -I don't hate school, not really. -Although I think I prefer my teachers last year to those I have this year. -Oh well. -It doesn't really matter. -Nor does anything, for that matter. -It's rather annoying when you try really hard at something, then realize that in the long run, it really wouldn't have mattered whether you did that or not. -You know what I mean? -Because looking back, I don't.

Incorrect.A lot of people make that mistake, the song is actually by Dana Lyons. -Well, the version I have says Dr. Demento -He's probably the guy who sings it OK, I think I've worked it out, Dana Lyons did perform the song you are talking about, however, this Dr Demento chap has a sort of comedy radio show, and has released a number of compilations of wacky music. Cows With Guns is one of the songs included on the aforementioned compilations. Many people incorrectly labelled their music once it was on their computer, and assuming you downloaded this song, you also received their incorrect label for the song. Also, here is a page on Dr Dementos official site, crediting the song as being by Dana Lyons. drdemento.com/playlists/funny25/funny25.98.shtmlHope this helps. ;D

I didn't know anyone would think Dante and PJ weren't arrogant. It's not nesecarily a bad thing I mean they've both admitted it. Oh they do kiss in this episode. Rawr. The present Ashlynn gave me is sitting on my Writing book. Which I hope I wont ever have to fully read. Theres nothing wrong with metaphors in writing but I think there can be an overbundance. Especially from the woman who told me to say I was a blade of grass and a wolves howl for no apparent reason. Metaphor for the sake of metaphor is hardly profound. I love the phrase "everyone and their mother" but I don't have enough opportunity to use it. Rachel works at Panera and like most bakeries they throw out their day olds even though they're perfectly fine and by doing so perpetuating waste. So Rachel brings in all the food when she closes. Im not sure if shes doing it every week because she has to carry alot of boxes but she's atleast bringing things for her friends. So I get these rasberry and cream cheese things that are delicious. And I get asiago bagels. I think I'm prepared for my math test. I am. I sit in the third row which is fine but on the end. The teacher has this rule that you can sit in any seat as long the seat in front of it is taken so arrvining early means you have to sit in the front. A friend and I went to get drinks, and then more drinks, and then check our planners and I went to my locker only to come in and see that there was a seating chart. She sits right in the front, I like my seat though. I lost my brush. Tiiiiiiiiired. The horn on my unicorn looks more like a little fedora instead of a horn.

-I guess one could call 667 a strategy game. -Then what is the goal? -Popularity? Posts? Friends? -Complete and utter domination? -Sure, I'm mocked in stories...but my plans are coming to fruition and my hand is steady! -Mwahahhaha! -Ok, I just sent a mildly threatening PM to a really cool member -But it WAS threatening! -Ok, I lied, I didn't do anything -*kicks dust* -I'm at school -I have a free lesson -And then History -A classmate, Jan, came over -But I just stared at him until he grew uncomfortable and went back to his computer -I hope to god that Colin doesn't come in here -He's a pest, he is -One of those people who are knowleagable, but have no real intelligence -And are constantly bugging you about something -"What was homework?" "Did you do it?" "How far are you in your English Assignment?" "Are you taking your schoolbag with to the movies?" -GAH -So -I think I'll post the start of The Nothingness when I get back home -Its, like, one of the few of my stories that have absolutely no action scenes -It's about philosophy -And it introduces Cyril, and the Nothingness -Eh, I'll post, now

-Its, like, one of the few of my stories that have absolutely no action scenes -None at all?! -Where you feeling quite alright when you wrote it, PJ? -Yeah, it reminded me slightly of Sophie's World. -So I had to wait around for about ten minutes at school before I got into my form room. -In that time, I saw nobody I knew at all. -I'd seen some people I knew at the top of the drive, but everybody seemed to vanish when I got inside. -I wondered if I'd gone to the wrong place. -Anyway, they let us out after half-an-hour in our form room. -All we did was hand in a form, and check that we'd filled in some other details correctly. -And then we could just go home. -It was a real waste of time, really. -Our Amazon order arrived a few minutes ago. -Or at least, an Amazon order did. -I thought another one was meant to arrive before it, but maybe we already got it and I didn't notice. -My copy of Watch Your Mouth came with it. -It smells weird. -I'll start reading it after I've finished Men at Arms. -I read a little of that at school, and some yesterday evening and this morning. -I've actually read more of it than I'd have expected to, given the amount of time I've had. -Tomorrow and Friday are full days at school, though. -I'll actually have proper lessons. -*gasp* -And then on Monday and Tuesday next week, we're doing more lame induction stuff. -So this week is really only a two-day week, and next week is a three-day week. -Actually, it's more like two-and-a-half, as I get Wednesday afternoons off. -Which reminds me; it seems like we can go home on those afternoons, but my year planner says that for the first month, we have to stay at school. -I'm pretty sure that the year planner is wrong, but I'll ask my form tutor about it tomorrow. -There was something else we were meant to do this morning, involving filling in our option blocks on the computer. -However, none of the teachers knew how to do it, so they let us go.

-Yzay. -Today's quite a good day for me, so far. -I got shortlisted for the play. -And I got an A in my math test. -Also, I just posted more "667" ,if anyone's interested. -PJ isn't online, as usual. -I have a History test to study for, and a Biology assignment. -I'm teaching myself French. But I'm still at a very basic stage...*le sigh* -Ugh. -I'm rather bad at this. -G'bye.

-PJ isn't online, as usual. -Busy week, as it were -I have two English poems to answer questions to -Prepare for an essay on Cosi -Hand in my Cosi assignment -Do all the normal homework I get during the week -And practice for my chemistry assessment on friday -It's annoying -The poems and the chemistry in particular -Eh -667 is cool -Both the story, and the forum -Well then -I had better do my homework, so I can talk to A. or Akbar when they get on -Evil Derik is away till friday, I think -And Dante, I think I've only written two stories with no action scenes -By action I mean a fight scene, or an otherwise cool scene, usually involving something blowing up, or death -The Job, which is about a criminal who tries to rob a rich guy -And The Nothingness, which is about the mysteries of the universe -I'm glad you liked it, Dante -The sequel to it is about time travel, which is always cool -It has one, small action scene -And it has a character modelled after me -Well, I usually put a bit of myself in most of my characters, but this one is actually called Philip -So there

-The Nothingness sounds interesting. -I slept pretty well last night. -Although I felt sick when I woke up, I think I'm fine now. -I need to discuss something with my counselor before school this morning. -I'm going to have to get this career shadowing thing done before second semester. -At least it won't take very long, I think. -I have to learn about someone's job, and I think it's just a one-day project. -Hopefully, I can get someone at the paint company where Father works. -But my parents want to know everything they can about it. -I have a new counselor this year. -Right now, I can't remember who he is, or what happened to the old one. -She got a new job someplace, but I'm not sure what. -My lit teacher wants us to start working on college application essays. -I have no idea whatsoever what to do for those. -Hopefully, we'll be given more information about them. -I don't want to think about going to college, at any rate. -In that class, we got a bunch of handouts about Catcher in the Rye and Crime and Punishment, most of which I've read through.

-I'm up and roaming about avoiding getting ready for school -Today is dress down day -Which is good -We don't have youth group tonight (blast) -I read more of Anna Karenina last night (too lazy to put it in italics because I'm typing in quick reply) -I'm still only in the second part, but I just got to a semi-exciting part -All of their names confuse me... there is like 2 of all of em... unless they're titles... -So confused -So tired... -Off to get ready for school (meh...)

-According to the front of my year planner, in breaks from academic studies, Sixth Formers can partake in "a carousel of courses." -I hope that's some sort of official term, rather than the school just trying to be cool and alliterative. -Because if it's not, it just sounds so... It sounds like fake, forced cheeriness. -I've just been playing a lame point-and-click game. -The navigation's really bad, and some of the items are hidden in the tiniest of obscure cracks, so I didn't like it. -You had to repair a car that had broken down in the desert. -I still don't know why there was a crowbar in a locked box in the back of your car. -I mean, a semi-realistic game like this has to make some sense. -I can hear echoey rushing sounds overhead. -It's either a plane, or the wind. -Father left for work ages ago. -The funny thing is, I don't remember him doing it. -I just started thinking of Father at one point, and then realised "Oh. He must have gone to work." -I could miss nearly anything if I wasn't paying attention. -I need to get myself some more juice. -Next year, we're going to have to do loads of stuff about university applications. -I don't want to think about it either. -It's just too much for me. -The sky outside looks pretty dark. -Mother should be home soon.

-Russian novels are confusing because of all the long, complicated names. -I'm having that problem with Crime and Punishment. -It's further confusing that on the handouts we got, many of the characters' names are spelled differently than they are in the book, or at least in the translation I have. -In my journals, I've been referring to the main character Raskolnikov as "R". -Maybe I should write out his name in full, though, to make my journals a bit longer, as they're all too short. -I'm ahead of most of the class on this reading/writing project, because I had my own copy of the book. -Heh, a carousel of courses. -I recall getting a handout that said "Dear Parents, You will soon have a senior in your house!" -For some reason, I thought that was pretty funny. -They make it sound as if a senior is some kind of alien life-form. -I should go drink my coffee and put away the dishes now.

-"Dear Parents, You will soon have a senior in your house!" -Gods no, lock the doors! -It also irritates me when letters say things like "your son/daughter has an exciting year of new experiences ahead of them..." -I'm sure I've had some like that. -Firstly, it's not exciting. -Secondly, the new experiences are really just more of the old, only repackaged for an older audience. -Or at least, so I expect. -And I fully expect to be correct. -And instead of putting "son/daughter," couldn't they put "child" or "beloved offspring"? -I think the sun's coming out. -When I was walking home, then the only other person around was somebody who I was friends with several years ago. -I was walking behind him for quite a while, and even when I was literally right on his heels, he didn't look around once. -He must have either been deep in thought, or devoid of curiosity. -I often look around when I'm walking somewhere, although that's not so much out of curiosity as it is of paranoia. -Hm. An odd olfactory hallucination. -(I didn't actually know that that was the official term; I just figured that it probably was. And then I checked and it was.) -Reminds me rather of tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches. -I love sweetcorn. -Preferably when it's off the cob, although that's usually too much effort for people to put in. -And now I have a tune stuck in my head. -This one has been coming back to me for a few days. -I wouldn't mind so much, but it's not even a real tune. -It just sprang into my head one day, and I'm pretty sure that it's not real. -It sounds like the sort of music you'd hear in an old video game. -Crazy mind. -I think I once started to refer to characters by first initial only when writing notes on something... -I'm almost certain that I did this for Lord of the Flies, but I think I did it for something else before that. -Ah, the car's pulled into the drive. -Mother is home. -I don't know quite when we'll be going out clock-shopping, but I suspect we may be going straight to my brother's school afterwards to pick him up. -That would indicate that we're not going particularly soon.

-I've always thought "offspring" was a rather funny word. -Mother calls me and my sister "offspring" a lot. -All the handouts from my school say "son/daughter" and "he/she". -We really need a gender-ambiguous personal pronoun. -Some old novels refer to children as "it". -"Each child(referring to a group of boys and girls) filled its pockets with money". -Or "a child should respect its elders". -I wonder if there's a term for a taste hallucination. -I think it's "gustatory". -Although it's about 6 AM, it's pretty dark out. -And it's clear, so I can see the stars. -When I went out to get the paper a moment ago, I saw Orion in the eastern sky, and Mars was higher up. -Yesterday evening, Venus(I think) and the crescent moon were visible in the west. -There's supposed a lunar eclipse sometime in October, which I could see in the morning. -I remember seeing the lunar eclipse last year, although I might have only seen part of it. -I've also seen at least one partial solar eclipse, but never a total eclipse.
