Random Fact Thread

-You'll fail.
-Well, possibly.
-If I've made up any words or phrases, I can't remember them.
-I've stolen a few.
-So, I should probably start looking at this Government work before I go to school.
-In *checks haunted vanishing clock* about forty minutes.
-That's plenty of time.
-Although I have to do some chores at some point.
-The weather's still fairly grim.
-Not as bad as yesterday, though.
-The weather hasn't been pleasant at all around here recently.
-I'm pretty much accustomed to it.
-Anyway, seems I'll be missing some of my next two Economics lessons.
-I'll have to go for a dentist's appointment on Thursday morning, to make sure that I've recovered from having three molars removed.
-I won't be in school at all next Monday, as I have to venture north for a lengthier, more distant assessment.
-I've been reading a few more poems by Robert Browning.
-It occurred to me that I'd set down the book, and then not read anything from it for ages.
-Although I have been busy with other books.
-I should have more time to get back to it now, though.
-So, I heard it was PJ's birthday sometime.
-The 13th or something like that.
-I won't bother to get him a present.
-He'll be quite happy without one, right?
-*teases*
-Anyway, I'd best not waste time, for it is of the essence.
-Already I have only about half an hour or so left.

-I am currently at school.
-We've got a robotics competition on Saturday, so this is going to be a week filled with staying after school much later than we should.
-I am basically doing only the research, and our website for the project is pretty bad.
-Two seventh graders just walked in and called me a nerd.
-Mneh.
-I really hate most of the seventh graders.
-Oops, I have to go and make it look like I'm being productive.

-But I was typing up a paper for English until about eleven, then I spent 15 minutes trying to get the stupid printer to work, then I decided to update my story, and now I'm trying to think up excuses to not go to bed.

-I'm really going to regret this tomorrow.
-Er, later today that is.

-That's probably becasue I am Australian but meh.
-They're pretty good.
-I went shopping today.
-I bought of black shoes that I need for when I go to Nationals, we all need to have a more formal outfit for functions and celebratory luncheons and the like.
-We had restrictions which meant I've spent two months looking for them.
-Black shoes with 1 strap across the toes, a heel no more than 6cm, blah, blah, blah.
-Also we went to the bank.
-Now I'm turning 16, my parents have finally agreed to me having a Bank card.
-Yzay.
-I'm going to be broke before I know it though.
-Well that's about all.
-Tomorrow I'm working out with some friends.

-My days continue to be busy, but fairly sparse.
-The sun is threatening to set already.
-There is an orange glow on the horizon.
-I don't like it when it gets dark early, but it was actually hot earlier, and I didn't like it at all.
-I overheat easily.
-Anyawy, here's something which some might find amusing:

-The website which I found this linked on said that it "brought a whole new meaning to the word 'handgun.'"
-Anyway, I couldn't help but notice Skeleton Key's thread asking what this generation is coming to.

-Oh yes.
-I had an easy day today.
-I spent most of this morning discussing political ideologies.
-There was much shouting.
-And repeated throwing of missiles.
-Alright, so that was me.
-But he deserved it.
-I missed his face by about an inch only on one throw.
-I can't help but wonder what it looked like from his perspective.
-Anyway, my teacher had some racist propaganda from the 70s, which one of his students had sent him in a vain bid to recruit him to their cause.
-He read some of it out, and honestly, you could not exaggerate it or parody it at all, so wildly, shockingly racist it was.
-Several individuals couldn't quite believe that a person could actually write such a thing.
-If only.
-I've been staying up 'til past midnight a lot recently, reading Wuthering Heights.
-I finished it last night, and I really enjoyed it.
-And I've spent my afternoon so far preparing some answers for Government work.
-I'll probably be going out for dinner today, also.
-And I should be at home for most of Friday, due to various teachers not being at school, or having other things to do.
-Although I do have a dentist's appointment tomorrow.
-To make sure I haven't died from having three molars removed a couple of months ago.
-I can't even remember when that was, now.
-Oh well.
-Anyway, that's pretty much my week.

-My sister's watching Zoolander on TV upstairs.
-That's the best movie.
-The gas fight just happened.

-I have a Hilary Duff song stuck in my head.

-My dad's going to Norway tomorrow.

-He's going to Sweden for 4 days too.
