-I haven't been on 667 in a few days. -I haven't been home. -I stayed Saturday night's at A's house with K and L. -Then L, A and I stayed at K's house on Sunday night. -I'm really tired now. -Yesterday we all went to the movies. -We saw 'Rumour, has it' -It was ok. -We made it funny. -It was like a sequel to the Graduate, only not. -And today we all went shopping together. -It was lots of fun. -Next week the other K will be back from around the world and everyone's coming to my house. -So we can do it all again. -So, now I've been at 667 a whole year. -Not much has happened in that time. -Although, I've grown rather attached. -And it hurts me to think that one day 667 might not be here. -My nextdoor neighbour's back in hospital, poor thing. -I think she's ok this time, she's been in hospital way too much for a 7 year old. -So we had her father and her two sisters over for dinner tonight. -Her sisters are staying with us tommorrow. -One's 9 and the other's 5. -They're not too bad for small children, bearable and cute. -We'll have to take them to swimming lessons. -It'll be fun, I'll probably go swimming. -Well that's about it. -Oh, I got a haircut. -It's pretty short. -There are photos in the PYP thread. -*advertises* -Well that seems like it.

-Well, I probably failed that probability test. -Or that could be my general tendency towards pessimism. -On the bright side, yesterday was alright. -I got to spend a lot of time in a bookstore. -I picked up a signed copy of a new book which looked good, and got a couple of promo posters for it as well. -It seemed rude to refuse them. -But if the books become famous, I can sell them for massive $$$ on e-Bay. -Well, not really. -They're rather crumpled. -Now, what have I been doing... -Oh yeah. -We're studying The Winter's Tale in English. -Both my teacher, and somebody at the hospital yesterday, seemed fixated solely on one particularly famous stage direction in it. -It is rather good, though. -Not much else to report. -We continue to do probability-related work in Maths. -I have contrived a situation where one could be impaled whilst attempting to cross a certain locked gate, and sue successfully. -I am drinking lemon tea. -I was here at lunch, also, because one of my ELit teachers was absent again. -One of my associates, N., commented that my teachers have a rather poor attendance record. -Which is true, I suppose. -How fortunate. -Oh, congratulations on being here a year, A. -Now how long have I been here? -Not quite a year and a half yet, but that'll be the next milestone. -I note that the Catholic church is considering forgiving Judas, or something. -And here's a photograph of a rather awful puppet. -Oh, it's Jesus. -...And on that note, I think I'll post this.

-Well...that was certainly an interesting day -It started out, see with my right-click function not working -Do you know how hard things get when you can't use right-click? -MSN seemed to be going haywire, so I deleted it, and then re-installed it, in case it was the problem's source -No luck, so I tried deleting Bearshare, which is notorious for viruses -Still no luck -Finally, I virus-checked it all -And played a video game to amuse myself -But the problem was not to be thwarted! -The computer detected the virus, and I deleted it... -But it was the wrong virus! -In despair, I turned to Microsoft XP Update, which I had neglected for some time, and let that run for a few hours -When I started the computer up, my desktop was gone! -All that was there was my background picture -No shortcuts, no start-panel -Frantically, I hit control+alt+delete, and used the Task Manager to open files -Then, randomly, it all went back to normal, right down to my broken Search-Machine -So it all turned out for the better, I suppose -And I was able to tell a boring story in place of the usual random facts! -Also: Pizza for dinner! -Everybody wins!

-That was an interesting story, PJ -No need to lie, SF -Anyways, it's all screwed up again -The evil "Freeprod" is the culprit -Thing is, after deleting, it comes back as soon as I re-boot -MSN seems to be the cause -So I've uninstalled it -So I won't be on MSN for a while -I'll either finally get AIM or fix the problem, somehow -Or maybe it's not even MSN -Whatever -Damnit, I need to bring the library books back -And History -And Bikeride -And movie! -Gah! -So yeah, PM or email me if you desperately need to talk to me -Or you can buy my trademarked "PJ Patches" -Also, I'm reading a sweet book called Abarat -I only recently realised that the title is symetrical...upside, it spells the same thing!!!! -So yeah -It's really bizzare and cool -Bye

-Today when Mother got home from work she decided that we were all going to the beach. -We haven't been to the beach since we got our pool, which was a long time ago. -So no one could quite understand her sudden interest. -regardless we got ready and went. -Like all good Australian families, the beach is no more than 15 minutes away. -We all took the body boards to a little beach that's always empty. -It brought back memories of Mother working on weekends and Father taking P, L and I to the beach. -So, wet and covered and sand we continued down to the harbour. -We had dinner and then walked around looking at all the little shops that are suspended above the water in a weird way that used to scare me when I was a child. -It's really quite pretty, though. -Then ice-cream, I had Peppermint Choc chip. -A favourite of mine when I was younger, before I discovered Cookies and Cream. -It was an enjoyable afternoon, reliving my youth. -I'm very scared that I just said that. -It means that I really am getting old. -Last night the head coach from my dance club phoned, she wants me to coach a team. -That means I'll be in charge of like 20 little girls. -I've assisted for the last couple of years but that meant I helped thee coach and just made sure the girls where doing things right and knew there work. -Coaching means I'll have to pick the music, choreograph the routine, put the girls on stage, organise lighting and props and curtains and makeup and hair and training. -I'll be the youngest coach at my club. -Usually you have to be 17 to start coaching. -Our youngest at the moment is 18 though. -I'll only be 16 this year and it's a huge responsibilty and one I'm not sure I'll be able to cope with. -I'll have Year 11, with the 5 hardest subjects possible, my own team training with my last year in a highly competitive age group, State team(the most important), and then the team I assist for. -And my Friend's are always on my back about getting a job, ha when am I meant to work? -Needless to say I agreed to the position -I'm just way too dedicated to say no. -Besides the head coach scares me. -Anyway so some of my dance friends and I always do something wacKY together over the holidays, last year we made a movie for our favourite coach, this year we choreographed and cut music for a Madagascar dance and we're going to propose it to our coach. Heh. -Also we decided we'd become our own Team Manager. -The position is usually filled by a Mother. -No one volunteered this year. -So we decided we'd do it. -It was our excuse to get noticed, it also means we can go to committe meetings. -I can go to them anyway, now that I'm coaching. -Well that's a long enough ramble for tonight. -Besides I have to go read the Glass Menagerie, school goes back soon and I still haven't finished it.

-I smashed the orb ball today -Intentionally, with a hammer -Or rather my sister did -We three siblings excluding the 4th who is currently on vacation at Thailand were sitting with each other expressing boredom together -As a result I picked up the ball and asked it questions such as "Does my sister suck?", "Is she ugly?", "Is she stupid?" and so on -I soon lost interest -It was then that I felt a deep desire towards destruction and suggested we smash open the orb -We have had this orb for many years now and I've always been curious of the liquid inside -My sisters seemed to share this interest with me and were quick to help me smash it open -Producing a hammer, I made several dents in the orb but I could not smash it -Reluctantly I handed over the hammer to my elder sister who finished the job -The blue liquid went everywhere -It was rather hard to get off -I still have a stain on my leg -I feel sort of empty now -The future does not look bright -That's my story -On the contrary my good friend who I haven't seen all holidays returned home from Indonesia today and I will meet up woth her tomorrow

-We all took the body boards to a little beach that's always empty. -How I read this initially: -We all took the body to a little beach that's always empty. -I did wonder, if you were covering up a murder and/or horrible accident, why you'd post about it here. -Then again, I might. -It'd be interesting to see if and how people reacted. -On those future-predicting balls: -I never had one. -I'm not sure if I've ever seen a real one. -I do seem to miss out on a lot of things. -I'm thinking mainly of the Lemony Snicket 8-ball now. -I never get any Snicket promos. -Of course, soon my boring moans will become boring gloats. -I came second in The Quiet World's Lemony Snicket contest, and have won a number of Snicket promos. -No signed TPP for me, unlike the winner, but I guess I wouldn't have known where to put it. -Now, let's see if my weekly news magazine has anything amusing enough for me to bother typing up. -Oh, no. -I won't describe this particular cartoon, but let me just say that it refers to the removal of seals from nuclear facilities in Iran. -With emphasis on the seals. - 56% of teenagers want to be famous for the money, while 26% wanted to prove other people wrong.-I'm all for proving people wrong, and having lots of money, but I don't want to be famous. -All the lame media rats scrabbling through my trash doesn't appeal. - Only 12% of young married couples - and 6% of young singles - can afford to buy their own home.-Lousy housing market. -Oh, this one's good. - A Dutch entrepreneur is offering a new extreme sport - "fun burials." For 75 Euros an hour, Eddy Daams will bury you in a coffin five feet underground, with a 3.5 tonne concrete block on top. Each coffin is equipped with an oxygen supply, a panic button and a webcam to allow friends to watch.-That does make me chuckle. -And here are some good quotes, one of which I intend to write down. - "We must believe in luck, for how else can we explain the success of those we don't like?"- "You can't say civilisation doesn't advance because in every new war they kill you in a new way."- "No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible."-And this is a laugh, too. Very V.F.D. - Margaret Thatcher's government planned to hunt down the Loch Ness monster using trained dolphins...
