The "Best Organizer" award goes to a member who has shown great organizing skills in the past year for a special project. For your nominations please post the organizer's name and the project he or she has organized. If it's possible, please post a link to the project too. I don't think it has ever happened (except for Best Pairing, obviously).
But if there is something people do jointly (organising in this case, but it might be writing or art) I don't see why not.
