The British have a long standing tradition of communication by winged creature. In fact, there is a rather popular children's series circulating about in which all the individuals communicate by owl.

Pigeons are like the pigs of bird-world. They look stupid but they are really smart, and also they happen to be the best birds evar.

That happened like once to an old guy with chronically aggressive pigs and everyone started freaking out about it. I had a pet pig named George for years and he was the best.
