My suggestion:
Tomorrow (April 11) until Sunday April 20 (Easter Sunday): preparation - thinking about categories - other ideas and suggestions if anyone has any Monday April 21 until Wednesday April 30 - nominations - banner makers and presenters will be chosen Thursday May 1 until Saturday May 3 - pre-votings if needed - last banner makers and presenters should be chosen Sunday May 4 until Wednesday May 14 - voting - banners can be made without names, presenters shoud think of how they want to do that - As soon as voting is over, banner makers and presenters will get the results for their categories Thursday May 15 until Saturday May 17 - banners and speeches (or whatever ideas you have for presentations) can be made Saturday May 17-Sunday May 18 - awards are presented
It looks like we have quite a lot time for things like voting, but I thought that's good because many people seem to be busy and it should still be possible for them to vote. Also there are banners and stuff to be made.
Do you think this is okay, or are there things that need more time or less?

Seems like a pretty solid schedule, with some leeway here and there if necessary. I think it's always important to have a discussion about the categories, so I shall look forward to that.

In the categories thread there is a poll now, about what we want to do with the categories. Not about any actual categories yet, just if we want to change something or not.

The poll has decided: We will drop one of last year's categories, and add a space for a special award. The category of the special award will be chosen every year. You can vote for which category will be dropped here until Thursday, 7pm GMT, and make suggestions for this year's special award category here until Tuesday, 11:30am GMT.
