well, i would like to say that im aware that a trans person is different from like a cross dresser but i found a way to fit two walton goggins characters into one puzz so i went for it. walton goggins said the quote on justified and in sons of anarchy he plays a trans woman named venus van dam, so the pw is Shirley, which is Olaf dressing as a woman, and the quote can point to soa too because the show is about a motorcycle club, which is a criminal organization.

ps i recommend watching sons of anarchy and justified, theyre really good even though i have mixed feelings about the endings of both shows and almost everyone i love is either underutilized or killed or something bad happens to them.

but surprisingly, the trans woman who is also a prostitute in soa is one of the few characters who gets a good ending, so thats progress or something.

i knew you watched sons of anarchy, so i ran across venus van dam earlier, but i couldn't think of a way the character could fit into asoue so i discarded it. connecting the fact that they're trans to a character disguised as a woman is extraordinarily tenuous imo

as far as i know most of you dont watch sons, so if you saw a pic of her or saw that walton goggins played a woman on a show i watch, i don't think it's a stretch to get to shirley

and the mod clue is shane, so theres a reference to 3 walton goggins characters. so like i still dont think its a stretch to see that a cis man is pretending to be a woman and then get shirely.

I think for all intents and purposes the link is a man (walter goggins) acting the part of a woman (in this
case a trans-woman). Which isn't too tenuous

From the perspective of in-show, saying a trans character links to a crossdressing character would be yeah ridiculous

So depending on the creative intent, the clue could be perceived as both legit and also discriminatory to an extent.

Knowing the person Pan is, I'm sure she meant no harm!
