A significant post for a couple of reasons: One, it reminds us that production is still ongoing, which can be easy to forget; two, it tells us that Duncan (and therefore almost certainly Isadora) gets actual lines and isn't just a cameo to set up the next season.

What does ADR stand for (apart from All Due Respect)? "Additional dialogue replacement", a post-production thing similar to dubbing, where an actor re-records some of their lines. |

Many thanks. I think 'additional' sounds better - I was wondering why, if it was automatic, Dylan had to record it.
I now wonder if the famous 667er ADR was an automatic device of some kind.

One did occasionally suspect a lack of human intelligence underlying her actions. But yes, I had heard of ADR as "additional dialogue recording," a way of adding dialogue to scenes in post-production.

Guys, this news is terrific!! ADR only comes with advanced post-production. Editing must be done, or almost done. All that's left is VFX (which must've been worked for a while now) and color correction. Talking of VFX, can we just take a moment to talk about the Lachrymose Leeches design??  The movie design was quite scary, I hope they go for something similar. The "fake" trailer design looked a bit gross, not exactly what I had in mind. |

I hope they do something more similar to the illustrations or the photo in TUA. I've always really loved that design and was disappointed when they didn't use it for the movie.

THE EXCITEMENT
So curious about the maze -- whatever they're doing with it, I'm glad it's to do with Uncle Monty; that suggests they're simply expanding upon the snake-shaped hedges, so I like that they're most likely drawing from the canon even while they're changing things.
I like the way they've done the eye tattoo, incorporating V.F.D. but with the eye shape encompassing it (I know we've seen this before, but not as clearly as now).
Everyone looks just right and I love the sets & costumes and agh I need to watch it again and comb through it for details.
Also: YES SINISTER OLAF!!
I just love this.
