Hello everyone. I've been lurking on this forum for roughly 8 years or so (give or take a few years when I focused my fan-energy on other things) and since I saw the Netflix series I thought it was about time I actually committed to joining in. Say what you will about the series, it certainly appears to have been successful in dragging long-term fans back into the fold...
So...about me. Call me Panda - that's not my real name obviously, but it's what I'm often called online. I'm a 22 year old uni student and I've been a fan of ASoUE and other associated works ever since I was young - even being lucky enough to meet and get my copies of The Reptile Room and The Wide Window signed by Daniel Handler after being one of 100 winners of a contest to see him in London (also got treated to a CD of various Gothic Archies songs too). Though I must confess, I have little to bring to the table as a fan other than the occasional much-too-philosophical-and-in-depth analysing of various characters/scenes/settings, and adequate gif-making skills.
Since I always end up feeling awkward when I'm introducing myself (though I am undeniably better at it on the internet than I am in person), I'll just leave this here. Nice to (officially) join all of you here.

Hi Panda, nice to have you here! Looking forward to any overly philosophical analyses from your side. =)
