In the early 2010's, when I was a lurker who hadn't mustered up the courage to properly register an account, and Proboards had yet to issue a decidedly sleeker web design, there was, as I'm sure the veteran members fondly recall, a passage selected from an old New York Times article directly mentioning this beloved fansite by name proudly showcased under the Helquist logo.
During a discussion in the Penthouse with two other users, this article was returned to my memory, and brought with it a great flood of of yearning for "the olden days". If any kind user could satisfy a sentimental old fool's (don't out-of-context quote that) nostalgia by pointing him (me) to said Times column, much would be obliged.
