Yesterday I accidentally dropped a plate I was drying. I managed to catch it before it hit the ground, but not before it'd hit the edge of the countertop and been smashed in half. Three of my fingers are currently incapacitated to various degrees.
Afterthought: Depending on how this thread evolves, maybe it would've been better off in Disturbing Discussion? I'm not sure.

A few months ago I dropped a pizza while taking it out of the oven, and tried to catch it. I caught it, but my fingers suffered burns and it was still a mess. Didn't really think pizza could be hot enough to leave marks on the skin.

i walked into a door
no seriously, it wasn't open enough and i hit my arm on the edge with the pokey out metal bit and now my arm is real sore.

I snorted reading your post and blew the many crumbs on my plate all over the table. I didn't injure myself, but, I mean... it was mildly annoying.
