During the wide window, when Klaus and Poe are arguing about being adopted by captain sham. Poe said that soon he will be Klaus sham.Does that mean that they were (briefly) the Montgomery ,Anwhistle siblings for legal matters? even if they continue to refer to themselves as Baudelaire.

Klauss sham is a fine name. It would have been interesting to see sham/olaf regain custody of the children even if temporary.

When they were adopted by the town of VFD, their names became so long and unwieldy that I simply do not have the ability to write them here. It would surpass the character limit ten times over.
