6. Egmont paperback edition (with redesigned cover)

No. The only British edition with the Rare Edition Author's Notes is the Egmont Modern Classics edition from 2016.

I'm surprised not to have been able to find a thread on it, but you weren't missing much; it was a low-price limited edition of TBB with a sticker on the front and a slightly rewritten Dear Reader letter.

Received it today. As previously said it's pretty but that's about it. The red ribbon bookmark is a nice touch
