This has been a hot topic in self-development/self-help/personal growth whatever
I don't think I ever had a morning routine, at least consciously. I've done journalling/meditation/working out before in the mornings, it just depends. Mostly I just do what I feel like. Right now I make a coffee, take my vitamins and then check my phone/laptop. Usually I chill in bed or on the couch relaxing for a bit to start the day. Sometimes I go out for a walk and buy a coffee and a pastry. Sometimes I go on a run. I eat breakfast whenever I'm hungry for it- sometimes that's as soon as I get up, sometimes that's in a few hours (I wfh, so have the luxery of waking up without an alarm, and I've always been a morning person).
But I don't have a conscious 'morning routine' like some people do. I actually hate that brand of self-help.
Do you have any particular rituals/routines first thing?

I'm a very fastidious person with routine, but most of the detail of it would be boring to get in to. Suffice to stay I normally wake up at least 1 1/2 hours before i have to leave for work, and will normally spend half of that time spent in bed with a cup of tea, normally listening to a podcast of some sort. Pumpka will stay in bed until the latest possible moment.

I start by checking 667 while in bed with my TV or a CD on in the background. I always brush my teeth before breakfast because I just feel fresher if I brush first. For some reason, I always have to pee at 3am.
