Yours is Bee Negative, ironic. I've never had it tested, barely been to the doctor, but I think it is O Negative, or one of the A's. Lol, Ikr, Charlie said the exact same thing when I told him a few years ago Apparently it's the second rarest after AB-, only 1/50 have it What sparked this thread was that I got a text from the blood donation point this morning where I used to live in Edinburgh saying they were low on my blood type. I always feel bad, but I can't donate rn bc of low iron levels

Mine is O Positive.
I have never donated blood. When I lived in Germany it was because in my home village you could only do that on a Tuesday evening and that's when my dancing classes were. In the UK I actually have no idea where and when and how that is done, they don't seem to advertise it at all. Probably you can only do it at times where most people are working in a place where you can only get by car, because that's when and where most things are happening in the UK. But now I'm thinking they probably wouldn't even want my blood because it's the most common blood type and they have enough of it and they would just laugh at me for turning up.

So true about most things happening in working hours in the UK, but they do evening donations. They are always looking for any and every blood type- especially yours because it's the universal donor. So if you do want to donate, it's worth it.
