Prague is great - I went five years ago though and don't have any specific recommendations. Definitely walk over the bridges and enjoy the parks though - there's a beer garden on top of one overlooking the city.
My friend and I are trying to organise a trip in September to visit somewhere in Eastern Europe- we've thinking Tallin/Helsinki or even Belgrade/Budapest. I'm thinking to just give her a budget and let her plan and surprise me on the day in the airport!

It's a beautiful city and surprisingly big, in both buildings and area. The surface is hilly so there are numerous places from which to oversee the city. Architecturally a cool mix of old and new. They also have beer bars that are open to the street.
