What are your goals for Feb? I make mine at the beginning of every month, because I'm kind of obsessive and highly strung like that.
For this month I want to:
-Start marathon training (starting today) -Start strength training properly alongside my running -Read another 4-5 books -Visit Copenhagen and plan the Romania trip -Tidy the spare room in my flat and paint some walls -Increase my mortgage payments and be a bit more financially responsible
Fun.

Lol one of my goals is to make more threads on here. I think my ratio of threads made : posts made must be the most divergent for any member on here.
I'd like to make more threads about ASOUE itself but find myself unsure where to start. Any suggestions?

Actually one thing i'd like is to find time to work on my new novel idea that i've had. And maybe share some of it here if people would be interested in seeing?

Please don't say these kinds of things, sweetie.

Yeah actually that comment really worried me, Semby; if you're ever feeling like that please talk to someone, online or irl -- anyone you feel comfortable with.
In regards to my plans for February ... finally sort out last driving lessons before I take my test, get some commissions finished, and hopefully send out my portfolio to some publishers and/or agents.

Thanks for creating this thread, B.! This month, my wife and I are taking our first trip to New York. As somebody with a literal degree in theatre, I can't articulate how much this means to me. Taking advantage of our time there by seeing the most important sights to us and (hopefully) meeting up with some cool people is a big goal for Feb. Outside of the NYC trip, my goals include: -Working consistently on my screenplay -Reading more! -Applying for jobs/internships/opportunities -Being intentional with how I'm spending my time

Yeah Semblance, you're like the best person on here (except for me, of course).
And okay, if I get somewhere good I'll share it. The current working title is "'Misery!', The Authors Lament"

-Start marathon training (starting today) omg what's your training schedule like? 5-6 runs a week, easy, long and speed sessions, starting at around 30 miles a week and building up to around 50 My base mileage for the past month has been 35-40M per week so should be doable

I don't like goals, they make me panic and then I just do nothing instead. Not like I do anything if I don't have goals, I just skip the panic bit.
