Anywhere and in any position.
I guess mostly sitting or lying down, but I shift around a lot so I might be on my front, back, side, sometimes hanging upside down over the edge of the sofa.
I also actually really enjoy reading while walking, but I don’t do it much because I don’t want to accidentally step on and squash some poor insect/worm/other small creature. But I find it perfectly easy and very enjoyable.

I cant really hold a book and read it at the same time, so i either need to sit at a table or i read laying on my bed.

I just hold the book with both hands like a normal person. Most of the time I read sitting up in bed, on public transport, or at a table if it's a quiet day wfh

I hold the book with ONE hand, and use the other to tap my temple.

Slouching terribly, usually in an armchair. I hold the book with one hand and prop my head up with the other.

Normally sitting on a bed or sofa, with my legs up in front of me so the book can lean on the legs. My arms and neck are useless, so I can't hold a book up with my arms for long enough and I can't keep my head up trying to read laying on my front. This sounds really pathetic.

book in one hand, finger of other hand on the lines I'm reading, head way forward, frowning deeply, silently mouthing the words, eating a raw onion on the side. i go through about 5 books and 6 onions a day.

Sitting or lying down. I don't know how people can read while walking.

usually slouched, sprawled out upside down on my ceiling or something ridiculous and propping my book up with my fingers all bent and wobbly to still be able to turn the page because my brain insists on being monodextrous
