Hello Bun
I'd like to start by asking you how you think you could possibly win this competition when the only time you've been PM, you lost?

Hello and good morning.
Well, in each task I’ve contributed lots of ideas, lots of hard work, and I’ve never failed to deliver my efforts on time. In fact the only thing I’ve been unable to do was find a human skeleton, but I still tried my best and helped my teammates with their own searches.
If it hadn’t been for my work in the first two rounds, I don’t think my teams would have won. My teammates have always been pleased with my work and I got a lot of support from them for my efforts as PM.
Ultimately, though, what makes me think I could win is the simple fact that I’m still here. You’ve chosen to keep me in this competition thus far, and that makes me think you see some winning potential in me, because you don’t hesitate to get rid of dead wood.

Lets talk about those first two rounds then. How much of your creative contributions in those tasks came directly from you, or were you simply facilitating other peoples ideas?

In the first round, it was a complete blend of my ideas and those of my teammates, which I think was the perfect blend. It was my idea to create some drawings in the style of classic fashion illustrations, which the team was enthusiastic about. The yellow and black dress was all my own idea, and the other two were adapted from ideas my teammates presented.
Then in the second round, I volunteered to create the poster, and we discussed different styles I could use — Semblance and I both shared some posters we liked. As a team we agreed it would be good to match the poster to the film, and so I came up with a design which incorporated a few visual elements from Bryan’s film while also making it work as a stand-alone piece advertising 667. I presented a couple of different versions to my team for feedback, to make sure everyone was happy with it.
(I should note that I also offered ideas for the film, including some suggestions and feedback for the music choices, but that was mostly Bryan’s domain.)
So in conclusion, while I always collaborated with my teammates, I was not merely a conduit for their ideas, but an actively creative member of each group.

So what ideas did you offer in the last two tasks then?

Well, in the third task I came up with the idea for a clue-collecting game exploring the settings of each ASOUE book, with VFD doors between each level, and ways to interact with other 667ers. When we combined my idea with Semblance's, it was my suggestion to have minigames themed around various 667ers which could be replayable. I also designed the poster from scratch.
In the last task, I was the one who suggested we go with a klosh being a sort of hat because I'd seen you saying that no further explanations would be given & interpretation was key. We had already discussed the various possible meanings, but with time pressing I was the one who took decisive steps to settle on one interpretation and go with it. I also came up with various ideas for where we could find our objects, some of which proved fruitful and some of which didn't.

Okay, moving on to your buisness plan then. In this you've expanded on how each of the propsals would be enacted, but could you expand on the process be for the proposals to be submitted and selected?

Certainly! As stated in my pitch, new proposals would be submitted and selected once a year. There would be a board where any member could submit ideas for a new research proposal. Alternatively, if any 667er wished to make an anonymous proposal, they could send a private message to the board moderator. Everyone submitting proposals would be encouraged to provide suggestions for potential avenues of research.
The suggestions would be made during 'Submissions Week', which would immediately be followed by 'Voting Week'. A poll would be created in the proposals board, and all members would be able to vote for their favourite submission. In the case of a tie, the winner would be determined by the forum moderators.

Thats all well and good, but I struggle to see the durability of this long-term. Would people really to be able to come up with proposals which an entire years worth of efforts could be foccused on?

Well, I think flexibility is key to this. The proposals will vary from year to year and we should be able to adapt to that. If the winning proposal from one year isn't enough to sustain everyone, then the top two proposals can be chosen and our time split between them.
Also, remember people will also be conducting their own research into any topic they like throughout the year, so they don’t have to dedicate all their time to the main proposal; that will just serve as a subject to bind everyone together for each convention.

Well, we can explore these options further if you get through to the final task.
Overall, what would you say has been your biggest weakness in the process?

Probably that my creativity is more storytelling-based than brand-based. I've enjoyed the tasks, but I tend to come up with ideas which later on seem a bit fanciful and not businesslike enough.
Plus, although I love the drama, I'm bad at starting any myself because I'm afraid I'll accidentally hurt people's feelings lol
