in TSS it says that then two scary people thyings have the Snicket file...but i recall reading a part in TSS (i dont remember exactly where, i will find it later) where they say that all they need is to find the "sugarbowl" so that they wouldnt have to worry about anything else...so wouldnt that mean that the "sugarbowl" hides some very important info regarding the bad half of VFD so thats why they need it...its my opinion...

Maybe these two want the sugar bowl too. It seems to be of general importance to both halves of VFD; the good side wants to keep it and the bad side wants to destroy it.

what i also forgot to include is that the two scary aura of manace people said that when they find the sugarbowl they wouldnt have to worry about the police or authorities....so that means...if they find the sugarbowl, then they would have all the documents clarifying that they did all the bad stuff....so they need the sugarbowl to keep them from being brought to the truth...

So we may conclude that whatever exactly the sugar bowl is, it can get Olaf and his fellow arsonists in a lot of trouble. The good VFDers can use the notes/recordings/whatever in it to bring Olaf to justice, but the bad VFDers want to destroy it. The question is, how can the sugar bowl be a crucial bit of evidence? What is in there?

what i had read in TSS said that whatever was in the "sugarbowl" was mportant to get...when i read a part where Lemony was talking about the headquarters...i remember reading him saying someone threw it out the window so it fell in the stream...anywayz...back to the bad VFDers...it had something that could (as you said) take them to justice or something....there is a piece of the Snicket file, i believe, in there...im pretty sure...or some file.... and it has stuff about Olaf...so if someone on the good VFD side gets it...then Olaf is ruined...and would be known by...so the bad VFDers need it to stay safe...

I think the brave volunteer who defenestrated the sugar bowl--so it and whatever was inside wouldn't burn, melt, or be stolen by the arsonists--was K Snicket, Lemony's otherwise nameless sister. Lemony said he was going north to find her, so she was probably at the headquarters. The VFDers will now have to find the sugar bowl by tracking ocean currents, because it most likely drifted out to sea.

yes most likely...and she knew that the sugarbowl was a safe place to keep the info. so according to Lemony..his sister was the one who thought up the idea of keeping the info in the sugarbowl...so she should most likely be the one...and although it kept the bad VFDers from finding it...now the ood ones will have the task of looking for it too...but they have a greater advantage because they most likely know that K threw it out the window and its in teh stream somewhere...

hmm. If K was the one who dealt with the sugarbowl than the bauds may meet up with her soon.

indeed, i do think that if K was the one who threw the sugarbowl out the window...then it is most likely that the Baudelaires will see K, and she (is K a she?) and it will explain to them about what happened...to my theory i guess....
