swans... im not sure what a canuck is but it sounds rude and i think it wrong that you erased my post about the homosexuals... however I agree... Canada is (a very nasty, vile thing which I cannot bring myself to say) compared to the U.S.A.

I'm... umm... very fond of the random country bashing. The canucks are a HOCKEY TEAM. It's not derogatory: swans was joking. Honestly. I don't have anything new to say about the clue or the location, 'cause there are a couple other threads, but swans was right when she said any country would allow The Daily Punctilio or something similar... look at the tabloids!

AUGH, not another creepy canuck! Allison, why do you keep inviting your friends to join? I'm CREEPY?!!?!! No, nothing wrong with the US. Soufflé is Canadian? ooohhh... wow. Fife is too! I like Canadians. Nothing wrong with the rest of you people, though. Canuck isn't rude, its just another name for Canadians. It is also a hockey team. Go Vancouver! EXCUSE ME!?!!?!!? you take that back!!!! Bigfan: VFD stands for: Veritable French Diner, Volunteers Fighting Disease, Village of Foul Devotees and Vinegar Flavoured Doughnuts. Hope that clears things up

Canada is double cool (with knobs, yes) and I will have no Canada bashing. Except from swans, because we know she's kidding.

He'd better take that back. *Glare*
I always thought ASoUE took place somewhere near Winnipeg (I thought I heard that Daniel Handler wanted the movie filmed there? Or something.. ? And that's when somebody said that my city (mine!) was old and depressing enough to be the set (or something like that.. I forget now, but it was interesting)).

The splendor of fair Canada...how I love the moon over your waters in the crisp February, overlooking the crystalized falls of Niagra from my suite on St. Valentine's eve...ah, memories... Anyone who could disparage our brothers and sisters to the north has obviously never been there.
