Well this will sound dumb (<<<part of message likely to be quoted with 'It sure did' underneath')
But in TSS in Lemony's letter to his sister he says the thing about the salad and how it was great. Then it has Sunny remembering that her mother taught her about a salad. These salads were the same thus does that make Lemony's sister the Baud mother?. Unless if this salad was a just a common V.F.D thing mustn't it be true.

What he couldbe trying to do is throw us off by saying something obvious then making us think it's not true, but then comng back asnd saying the obivous is true. So basically:
Obivous=not true=obvious=true

don't feel bad if that doesn't make sense it doesn't make much sense to me myself.

But then again I'm always bored.

[glow=red,2,300]i agree because he did that with the vfd initials, like many people thought that it stood 4 the volunteer fire department but that seemed too obvious so some could have doubted that. i know i did. btw do we know whether or not its definite that thats what they stand 4? or was it just one of them in TSS thinking it[/glow]

(sorry, needed the satisfaction) But there was a 4th Annual Codebreakers picnic. If I am not mistaken, Lemony got the recipe at a picnic. If he got it at a picnic, then the Baudelaire's mother could have got it off K too.

I think Beatrice was engadged to Lemony before the schism (see UA) but somehow they lost contact and a rumor was spread about him burning something down/commiting a crime and she believed it (see also UA). She then married someone else, and then was murdered. Or so it appears. I'm hoping the survivor is her,(and that she is the Baudelaire's mom).

[glow=red,2,300]why would u want beatrice to be the bauds mom? we dont exactly know much about her except that her and lemony were engaged and she was killed. maybe her engagement to lemony was another plot and she was on the bad side of the schism or something. hmmmm[/glow]
