???Lemony Snicket has wrote specific things in the series which effects his personal life for example: Count Olaf, V.F.D, Beatrice, and the Baudelaire's!
Could the series of Unfortunate events be true?

[glow=red,2,300]#1 i think u need an account bcuz someone will tell u that eventually. #2 i think that its possible that ASOUE could somehow relate to Handlers life although not exactly. for example he could have been in love with a woman and something could have happened to her but i don't think her name was beatrice. Yeah, if you were wondering if Lemony Snicket is a part of the story he is. Definitely. But Daniel Handler is not.

But The story isn't a real event that happened

I agree. It's not real, but it's written to seem like the author's a part of it.

This topic is a bit odd, since everyone knows DH wrote it!

Well, DH is actually a character in the series, too (look at the meeting transcription in TUA)... but also the real author. So maybe he's trying to confuse us... and make the line between fiction and reality so foggy we can't tell anymore! *dun dun dun!!!!* Hahaha... I'm just kidding. Mostly I'm just here for the food.

As much as I'd like it to be, its not real. But i think it's clever that he worked Daniel Handler as a character into the story. Otherwise, i don't know any other books or series that the author has a part in.

Yeah.In ASOUE,the line between fiction & reality is so thin & foggy that it's barely there at all.

i'm thinking that Leb Dude is thinking, that he means that DH has based his stories around things that have happened in his life, I mean..DH culd well have had an aunt who had an extremly large window...
