The new book is The Grim Grotto! Letter to Editor book 10 To my kind editor, I apologize for the watery quality of this letter but I’m afraid the ink I am using has become diluted which here means soaked with salt water from the ocean and the author’s own tears. It is difficult to conduct my investigation on the damaged submarine where the Baudelaires lived during this episode of their lives and I can only hope that this letter will not [wash?] away. The Grim Gr….. Turns out it’s The Grim Grotto Book 11! YAY Grotto-A small cave or cavern. So…. Are the Baudelairs going to go to an underwater cavern by means of submarine? Is there going to be a VFD meeting there?? We can only guess what’s going to happen in the next episode of *music* A Series of Unfortunate Events Ok now that I'm done lol tell me what you think

I didn't know that the next book title was a surprise.
A few weeks ago, my local Books-A-Million had an official (actually from HarperCollins) display up announcing the release date of The Grim Grotto. Incidentally, it's coming out in September.
A few days later I was in the store again and the display had been taken down. I had been assuming that it was because they weren't supposed to have announced the release date yet. I guess it was because of both that and the title, huh?

They probably float to shore on the tobbogan on the Stricken Stream and see a wrecked submarine by the shore and use it for shelter.
