I think it will be a picture of the Baudelaire's standing in front on there new environment, as it usually is...
TBB - Standing in Olaf's front door... TRR - Standing in Uncle Monty's reptile room... TWW - Sitting in the room with the wide window... TMM - Standing with the mill in the backround... TAA - Sitting in Prufrock Prep's cafeteria... TEE - Standing in front of the elevator shaft... TVV - Climbing the ladder to the self-sustaining hot-air mobile... (Maybe this could mean that the picture is usually of the biggest problem in the book)
Anyway you get the pint... I think that the picture will be of the Baudelaires standing in front of Hotel Denouement...

No, I don't think we'll find out what V.F.D. really stands for until the end... Daniel Handler truly is a great author...

I personally thought it was rather obvious. According to the letter to the editor at the end of TSS the Baudelaires stay on a submarine which becomes damaged and they have to leave it. So I think the cover will have either a submarine in the ocean or the Baudelaires in the submarine.

Read the letter to the editor in the back of TSS. It mentions Book the 11th and being on a submarine.

Violet, with a strange submarine thing behind her, as she watched the stars on a sea-rock.

I dreamed about book 11, which is probably a danger sign of Snicket obsession, last December. In my dream, the cover showed the Baudelaires inside a submarine, with windows showing murky-looking water. Also, the To My Kind Editor letter was burned and said that the next book would be "T...........T.........." You don't have to believe that, but I think I do.
