Anyone here read Sophie's World? If not, do it. It's all about philosophie. VERY INTERESTING. Meh. I read that, got confused and thought about it for days, went back to read it again and couldn't find it. Very annoying, I might look for it now actually. |

The start is interesting, then it gets kinda boring, the middle gets interesting, then its boring, then the last few chapters are interesting again. Very complex. My 6th favorite book.

I thought wood and metal fell under Earth/Rock.

I said, Socrates (or Plato, or someone else in that time)
Said there where four elements.
Fire, Water, Earth and Air.
Other groups might have believed differently.

The 5 elements are Eastern Astrology. Western Astrology is what I'm talking about. Each star sign is associated with an element.
Aries - Fire
Taurus - Earth
Gemini - Air
Cancer - Water
Leo - Fire
Virgo - Earth
Libra - Air
Scorpio - Water
Sagittarius - Fire
Capricorn - Earth
Aquarius - Air
Pisces - Water

I always preferred Eastern Astrology, but only because I'm from the East, but I never really believed it. It's amusing, but not really credible.
