I think I will do the Evil Exam too. Does this actually help this charity somehow or is it just for fun?

You're meant to get people to sponsor you, and then you give the money to charity. Or something. I'm just doing it for fun.

I'm doing the evil exam. I'd like to do the invention ban, but I'm going to the cinema that day (no I don't plan things really far ahead, Its my birthday!) I think I might attempt the invention ban on sunday, to see if I could do it

Hmmmmmm.... I don't know about this! Lemony Snicket, or any member of VFD, would never call children who slip up on a charity project a "fat cheat" or "very bad." That kind of language seems much more Olaf-y. VFD members would write something like, "If you fail, remember the aphorism, 'If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.'" Not, "You are nothing but a fat cheat."
And I'll be taking the Evil Examination.

It's like I said about the Egmont competition - Olaf's the one running the show, while Lemony's been forced to go into hiding. Maybe

You could always eat sandwiches and cold pasta salads all day, or canned foods. Or cereal. Hmm......If you did the invention ban, you'd have to eat mudane food.
I might try the evil exam and the Sunny challenge, because I loved making up words when I was little.

How strict is the invention ban? Even canned food or cereal were produced in a factory. You should hunt and scavenge your own food and cook it over a fire you made by rubbing two sticks together.

Ha, ha, we are all very amused. I make a mean banana and peanut butter sandwich, so I'm okay there. I could eat cereal. Or skip meals, which is probably not the best idea to do. (Of course, it depends on how strict an invention ban-er you are.)
