Oh, sorry. I hadn't even noticed the thread until AFTER I posted it. Well, you gotta give e some credit, I did at least attempt mask it and give fair warning. In fact, I was just about to remove the title from my post, when I saw the topic, due to fear of striking.

Oh dear. Oh, d-d-dear-dear. This is now a practical test!
A few days ago I would have said "YES I WOULD NOT LIKE IT BUT I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RESTRAIN MYSELF!" I spoiled myself for tGG last year, and for HP:HBP more recently. I always feel so bad about it afterwards, but I just can't help it... However, yesterday when spoilers were leaked, I was - although I trembled and shaked and felt blank in the mind - able to keep myself from looking. I read all the other threads. I went about my normal business. I did not look in the spoiler thread. I may have spoiled the title for myself accidentally by looking in Most Recent Posts, but I have actually succeeded in obliterating the information from my conscious mind. Therefore, I can honestly say No, I would not peek.
I think that I've only been able to do this because it's aSoUE and I care too much to ruin it for myself.
However...if October 18th comes and goes and I haven't gotten the book, I might not be able to resist anymore. Eep.

No, it was just a hypothetical question. And now it's really pointless because the title has been leaked. There are even people who said they wouldn't peek and they are the biggest peekers and spoilers. For example: I definitly wouldn't...like numerous others have said. "I would rather not find out, we haev gone so long not knowing and I doubt another five days is gonn akill us".

I did peek in the spoiler thread, and now I wish that I didn't. I'm going to try and avoid it from now until Tuesday, even though the damage is done.

I peaked. Though I never said I wouldn't. I kind of regret it now, though.

I didn't want to know. I went to the spoiler thread in hopes of getting a clue or something. I scrolled down slow and held a paper over words. Luckily when I saw the title I quickly went back. Now I actually managed to forget what it was. I just remember the letters. I'm so happy I forgot it. Its crazy that I could though. I've never managed that before. But now I'll still be surprised. I just hope I dont remember it.

I peeked, but I still will have the surprise because I don't think it's right and all these people who got it early will have to deal with the law because they shouldn't've. These book stores should be the ones in the wrong not you. If I saw it early in a bookstore I would simply walk away.
