if this theory's true, her initials after she got married would be b.b.q. and that's exactly what happened to her, no? That's pretty demented....hahahahahahhaa...yah that's it.

*SPOILER WARNING FROM TSS*
As we found out in TSS, the other half of the VFD schism (Olaf, Esmé etc.) burn down the VFD HQ...then that might mean that the Quagmires/Bauds homes were VFD meeting placeas? Although Olaf said they burn down the houses of all his recruitments hmm... Perhaps Beatrice died in a fire set by with woman with hair but no beard and the man with a beard but no hair....

In the biography the people from the viniard of fragrent grapes (sorry about spelling) say, in code, if Lemony and Beatrice got married there Olaf will burn it and them to the ground. Maybe Lemony did not get this message and that is the fire Beatrice died in.

Neither. I just never subscribed to the Beatrice Baudelaire theory, never appealed to me. Not that there's anything wrong with the people who do believe it, it's just not my thing. Beatrice Quagmire maybe. I am of the opinion K, Lemony's sister, is the children's mother, Lemony their uncle. Real uncle, not uncle like everyone else and their mother is their supposed "uncle" or "aunt".

But in the books, the Baudelaire parents are dead and Lemony's sister is alive.

here's an idea. how about beatrice is the two white-faced women's sister. they said they lost a sibling in the fire. why not beatrice? it's not like we know the TWF last names anyways. they could be anyone.

Look, I can't remember, it was in one of the earlier books...but Lemony said something about Beatrice and a costume party. He said they were both at the party, and he met Beatrice there, briefly (got the feeling he was watching her, but never met her), fell in love with her, but she wouldn't listen to his warnings about Olaf and the party was burned down. I can NOT remember where I got this from, for the life of me, but that's what's in my head, you see. Can't help it.
Can someone help me out here?

Baudelaire. Because on this site it says this: "Carrie E. Abelabudite" is an anagram for 'Beatrice Baudelaire'

and one of the other anagrams is ned h rirger or something that ends up being 'red herring' i think that 667 dark avenue was an important place for vfd (TUA) because jerome wasnt supposed to sell it. maybe the baud's parents went thru the tunnel or vfd people went thru the tunnel to their house to have meetings.
